با توجه به اجرای آزمایشی طرح ارسال ابلاغیه های شکایات کارگری از طرف شرکت پست در اداره شهرستان زنجان، چه نقاط ضعف یا قوتی در این طرح مشاهده می‌کنید؟

کار خیلی خوبی انجام شده. هم سریعتره و هم دریافت رسید از گیرنده رسمی تره. فقظ اگه امکان داره یه کاری کنید که پست هزینه ی پایین تری دریافت کنه.

اگر ارسال ابلاغیه ها با سرعت بیشتری ارسال شود قطعا برای شهروندان بهتر خواهد بود چون در روش قبلی شخص مامور ابلاغ نمیتوانست برای یک ابلاغیه خارج از استان مراجعه کند.

در تاریخ 21 اسفندماه کمیته سرمایه انسانی اداره کل تشکیل گردیده و مصوب نمود از تاریخ اول فروردین سال 1398 «دریافت وجوه و هزینه های درخواستی از بابت توزیع ابلاغیه های پست از کارگران متوقف شده و شرکت پست در قبال محموله های پستی بصورت ماهیانه فاکتور به اداره کل ارائه نماید» (شماره نامه 98646 مورخ 18/01/1398)
